A couple of weeks ago, COSRX launched a set of new serums called “RX COSRX DermSerums“, three highly concentrated serums; Vitamin C, Niacinamide and Hyaluronic acid. It was such a surprise but I was curious enough to check them out.
The serums are still fairly new, limited in stock and I’ve not tried any of them. However, I’ll share a summary of what you need to know about the three and why you might want to consider trying them out!
Consider this post a way to compare all three serums and choose which one(s) to add to your skincare stash✅.

Meet The Highly Concentrated RX Derm Serums by COSRX
The RX – Highly Concentrated serums are three serums formulated with the “optimal combination of active ingredients for your skin concerns”. The set includes the “Vitamin C 23 serum”, “Niacinamide 25 serum” and “Hyaluronic acid 3 serum”.
The three serums sold out within 24 hours of its release but right now, two of them have been restocked (Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid). The sad news though, is that it’s currently only available on their website (or on Shopee).
If you’re like me and you get most of your skincare from Yesstyle, we might have to wait a little longer to be able to try them😢.
1. COSRX Vitamin C 23 Serum – #VitaDermSerum
Seeing as my last post was about vitamin c serums, this serum deserves the first spotlight.
The Vitamin C 23 Serum is a highly concentrated serum that helps to fade acne scars, and brighten and restore dull, uneven skin tone. It is a “hypoallergenic and stabilized formula with minimum irritation but maximum efficacy of vitamin C”.
Key Ingredients: 23% Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Tocotrienol (vitamin E), sodium hyaluronate, and allantoin.
Size : 20ml/ 0.67 fl.oz.
Current Retail Price : $20

The serum apparently has a double-layer structure with an oil layer on top to maintain freshness and delay oxidation. COSRX, being the best brand that they are, also included a caution note, detailing things to keep in mind:
Like most vitamin C serums, they still also advised refrigeration storage.

2. COSRX Niacinamide 23 Serum – #AcneDermSerum
The Niacinamide 23 serum is a high-intensity solution that combines the maximum concentration of niacinamide with optimal ratios of synergistic ingredients for total acne control. All of the ingredients “work together to target acne at all stages”; from cause to resolution, exfoliating, soothing and clearing post acne marks.
Key Ingredients: 15% Niacinamide, 2% N-Acetylglucosamine(NAG) (mild AHA substitute), 1% Zinc PCA(treats pimples/breakouts), and allantoin.
Size : 20ml/ 0.67 fl.oz.
Previous Retail Price : $25
Shop here (currently out of stock)
I’d definitely love to try this out too. I’ve used several products with Niacinamide as an ingredient but only one dedicated niacinamide serum. I like its quick effects on the skin and you get that more from niacinamide-specific serums.

3. COSRX Hyaluronic Acid 3 Serum – #DewyDermSerum
The last on the list is a hyaluronic acid product. COSRX already has a number of products focused on hyaluronic acid but this one has a higher level of concentration. It is a high-intensity serum with “low molecular hyaluronic acid for maximum moisture absorption, intense hydration and skin barrier protection”.
Key Ingredients: 3% Sodium hyaluronate, NMF (Amino acid complex) and Ceramide.
Size : 20ml/ 0.67 fl.oz.
Current Retail Price : $20

I’m not soo crazy about hyaluronic serums though, they mainly help to lock in hydration in your skin and could potentially dehydrate your skin if not well-hydrated. Still, the details and efforts put into this one makes me want to try it out.
Also, as I’ve mentioned above, these products are recent releases and with time, they’d become more widely available for anyone to try. If you want to learn more about the concentrations and ingredients to (or to not) pair them with, you can check out the FAQs for each of them.

Thank you for reading and I hope you found it quite helpful. Don’t forget to leave a comment on which one(s) of the products you’d be trying out!🖤
